We transformed this unfinished Mableton basement into a fully functional living suite. The project began with major structural and utility work, including concrete excavation for new plumbing, framing out dedicated rooms, and installing a complete HVAC system. We handled everything from the initial rough-ins to the final drywall installation and painting. For the finishes, we installed a mix of plush gray carpeting in the living areas and wood-look laminate flooring in the utility spaces. The new bathroom features a modern gray vanity with a marble top and a full tub-and-shower unit. We also integrated recessed lighting throughout the space to brighten the media room, which now includes a custom built-in entertainment center.
