We transformed an unfinished basement in Marietta into a fully functional and versatile living space. Our team managed the structural framing, electrical wiring, and HVAC integration to prepare the area for finishing. We also roughed in and completed a full bathroom and dedicated workout area to maximize the footprint of the home. We installed dark wood-look plank flooring throughout the main living areas and the updated bathroom. The project featured recessed LED lighting, white painted walls with matching trim, and a white acrylic bathtub and shower surround. This renovation added significant square footage and utility to the home through a modernized entertainment space and upgraded staircase.
