We completed a comprehensive exterior painting project for this two-story residential home in Marietta. Our team prepped the mixed-material facade, which included traditional brick masonry, horizontal lap siding, and vertical board-and-batten accents. We focused on refreshing the entire envelope while ensuring all surfaces were properly cleaned and masked before application. We applied a new color palette, transitioning the previous tan siding to a modern olive green finish. The project also involved painting the window shutters black to provide a sharp contrast against the brick and updated siding. This refresh significantly improved the home's curb appeal and provided a durable, weather-resistant coating.
