We completed an extensive exterior painting project for this multi-story residence in Atlanta. Our team started by thoroughly pressure washing the siding and stone veneer to ensure a clean surface for adhesion. We meticulously prepped the property by covering landscaping and securing ladders to reach the gabled rooflines and elevated rear deck. The project involved a complete color transition from a faded light gray to a modern blue-gray palette. We painted the horizontal lap siding, cedar-shake gables, and refreshed the trim and dark columns on the front porch. The final result included painting the gutters and downspouts, providing a cohesive and durable finish that significantly enhanced the home's curb appeal.
