We completed a comprehensive exterior transformation of this multi-story residence in Marietta. Our team removed the outdated diagonal wood siding and replaced it with modern blue horizontal lap siding and fresh white trim. We also performed structural work, including the construction of a new wooden staircase leading to the elevated deck and screened-in porch. Throughout the process, we installed new house wrap to improve the home's moisture barrier and added flagstone masonry accents to the lower level. The project was finished with a bold color palette, featuring yellow-painted garage doors that contrast with the blue-gray exterior to modernize the home's curb appeal.
