We executed a full-scale interior and exterior renovation of this Smyrna residence, modernizing every level of the home. The project scope included a complete kitchen gut-remodel, finished basement construction, and comprehensive bathroom upgrades. We transitioned the original red brick exterior to a contemporary white finish complemented by a new rear wooden deck and updated drainage systems. Inside, we installed white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a subway tile backsplash to create a bright, functional kitchen. The bathrooms were updated with double vanities, matte black hardware, and custom tile work, while luxury vinyl plank flooring was laid throughout the newly finished basement. These improvements maximized the property’s footprint and provided a clean, modern aesthetic across all living spaces.
