We completed a comprehensive top-to-bottom renovation of this split-level home in Marietta. The project involved stripping the interior to the studs to reconfigure the layout, finishing a previously raw basement, and completely updating the exterior envelope. Our team installed new framing, updated the electrical and PEX plumbing systems, and created a modern open-concept kitchen and living area. On the exterior, we replaced old siding with white board-and-batten and added a rustic stone veneer foundation. The interior features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a finished basement with a custom black metal stairwell, and a modernized primary bathroom with a freestanding tub. We finished the property with a new wooden deck, a concrete driveway, and professional landscaping to improve functionality and curb appeal.
