We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation on this multi-story residence in Marietta, Georgia. Our team replaced the existing siding with blue-grey cedar shake shingles and installed new energy-efficient double-hung windows throughout the brick and sided elevations. We also updated the main entryway with a custom decorative glass door and matching sidelights to enhance the home's curb appeal. The project featured high-quality materials including dark standing seam metal roofing on accent gables and decorative white gable brackets for a custom architectural finish. We integrated board-and-batten shutters with traditional black metal hardware to complement the tan brick masonry and new siding. These updates not only refreshed the overall aesthetic of the home but also significantly improved its weather resistance and functional durability.
