We completed an exterior upgrade in Dallas, Georgia, focused on expanding the home's usable outdoor living space. Our team installed a new ground-level deck platform beneath an existing second-story balcony, transforming a formerly dirt-covered area into a functional patio. We utilized gray composite decking boards to provide a durable and low-maintenance surface for the homeowners. The structure was supported by vertical timber posts and joists that integrated with the home's existing exterior siding. Additionally, we installed a vertical wooden picket privacy fence featuring a secure gate with decorative black hardware. This addition provides a clean transition from the house to the lawn while significantly improving the utility and security of the backyard.
