We completed a comprehensive room addition and exterior transformation for this lakeside property in Acworth. Our team expanded the living space with a new structural addition featuring vaulted ceilings and large windows to maximize views of the water. We managed the entire process from the concrete foundation footings and wall framing to the installation of weather-resistant house wrap and a durable metal roof system. The exterior was finished with new light-tan siding and a massive pressure-treated wooden deck equipped with modern black metal railings. Inside, we created an open, light-filled environment by installing white-framed double doors and high-efficiency windows. This project successfully replaced an aging structure with a functional, modern living space designed for long-term durability and outdoor enjoyment.
