We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Suwanee, featuring a full multi-level deck replacement and a specialized bay window upgrade. Our team dismantled the aging wooden structure and built a new elevated deck with a custom staircase and integrated screened-in porch area. We also stripped and replaced a prominent front bay window, including new house wrap and matching tan trim to enhance the home's brick exterior. The deck was built using pressure-treated lumber and features modern black metal balusters for a clean finish. We installed a corrugated metal under-deck ceiling system to create a dry, functional space below, complemented by a new gravel pathway and drainage solutions. These upgrades provided a more durable outdoor living area while simultaneously improving the home's visual appeal and utility.
