We completed a comprehensive multi-story deck replacement for this residential property in Atlanta. Our team constructed a new two-level wooden structure featuring an external staircase that leads from the upper levels down to a newly poured concrete landing. We focused on creating a sturdy, integrated addition that matches the existing home's architectural lines while providing enhanced access to the backyard. The project utilized pressure-treated lumber for the deck boards and framing, finished with a contrasting railing system featuring white posts and black metal balusters. To improve site functionality, we integrated a drainage solution by running a gutter downspout extension along the staircase to manage water runoff away from the foundation. The final build provides a durable and modern outdoor living space tailored for the home's multi-level layout.
