We constructed a new second-story pressure-treated wooden deck for this multi-story residence in Atlanta. Our team focused on building a secure and functional outdoor space that integrates seamlessly with the existing vinyl-sided exterior. The project involved installing a sturdy support structure over the ground-level concrete patio to create a sheltered, covered outdoor area for the homeowners. We used durable pressure-treated lumber for the deck boards, railings, and vertical balusters to ensure long-term resistance to the elements. The layout features a integrated privacy wall on one side and a classic railing system that provides clear views of the surrounding landscape. This new addition significantly expanded the usable living space, providing an elevated platform for relaxation and outdoor activities.
