We completed a full replacement of the existing rear deck and side porch staircase for this home in Dacula. Our team dismantled the weathered wooden structures and constructed new, durable replacements to improve the safety and accessibility of the exterior. We focused on replicating the original footprint while ensuring all components met modern structural standards. We used pressure-treated lumber for the framing, decking, and railings to provide long-lasting resistance against the elements. The project involved installing new concrete footer pads for the rear deck supports and a solid concrete landing at the base of the side stairs. These upgrades restored the home's outdoor living space and enhanced the overall exterior functionality.
