Pressure-Treated Wood Deck and Staircase Construction in Cumming, Georgia
We constructed a new elevated wooden deck and staircase for this two-story residence in Cumming. The project involved removing a section of the existing vinyl siding to securely anchor the new structure to the home's second-level frame. Our team built a robust support system and a wide staircase to provide seamless access between the upper living area and the backyard. We used pressure-treated lumber for the framing, decking, and railings to ensure long-lasting durability against the elements. The final build includes vertical balusters for safety and a black handrail for the staircase. This addition creates a functional outdoor living space with ample room for lounge seating and dining.
