We completed a comprehensive multi-level deck renovation and structural update for this residence in Duluth. Our team disassembled the existing weathered surfaces and replaced the flooring with new pressure-treated wood decking across the entire structure. We also reconstructed the outdoor staircase, including new risers and treads, to ensure a safe and stable transition to the ground-level patio. The project involved digging and pouring new concrete footings to support the vertical posts and ensure long-term structural integrity. We refreshed the white railings and balusters to match the updated wood surfaces and integrated the new decking with the existing covered porch. These improvements provided a clean, durable outdoor living space that significantly enhances the home's exterior functionality.
