We completed a full deck replacement for this home, transforming an aging structure into a safe and functional outdoor living space. Our team began by removing the existing wood, including the old ledger board and support system, before preparing the house exterior with new flashing and building wrap. We then framed a new elevated structure and integrated a sturdy staircase leading down to the existing concrete patio level. We used pressure-treated lumber for the entire build to ensure long-term durability and resistance to the elements. The project featured a matching railing system with vertical balusters and a wide staircase for improved access to the backyard. The finished deck provides a clean, level surface that seamlessly connects the home’s interior to the surrounding landscape.
