Removal of the existing open wood deck and construction of a new screened-in porch to create a protected outdoor living space. The project included installation of TimberTech composite decking for a durable, low-maintenance floor system, along with aluminum railing for safety and a clean, modern appearance. The porch was finished with a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, accented by cedar beams for architectural detail and warmth. The structure also includes screened wall sections, new stair access, and integrated lighting and ceiling fan to provide a comfortable and functional outdoor space designed for year-round enjoyment.
