We completed a full exterior transformation in Duluth, starting with the removal of an existing wooden deck to make way for a new outdoor living space. We constructed a custom screened-in porch attached to the rear of the home and paired it with a durable composite deck extension. The project featured natural wood-paneled ceilings with an integrated ceiling fan and olive horizontal siding to match the home's exterior. We installed dark-framed screen doors and finished the perimeter with a grey gravel border for improved drainage and aesthetics. This new structure provides a functional, pest-free area that blends seamlessly with the surrounding wooded landscape.
