We constructed a new elevated deck and screened-in porch for this home in Acworth. Our team handled the entire process, starting with excavating foundation footings and framing the custom roof structure. This project expanded the outdoor living area by replacing a basic landing with a multi-functional space. We utilized pressure-treated lumber for the framework and installed reinforced concrete footings to ensure structural integrity. The finished porch includes white railings, black metal balusters, and custom screening to create a comfortable, pest-free environment. We added matching lattice skirting around the base to provide a clean, finished look to the backyard.
