We constructed a custom screened-in porch addition for this residence in Cumming. The project began with site excavation and the installation of a reinforced concrete slab foundation using steel rebar and professional formwork. We then built the structural frame, integrating it seamlessly with the home’s existing gray siding. The new structure features a white-framed screening system and a finished interior with a white beadboard ceiling and recessed lighting. We installed a black ceiling fan for improved airflow and finished the roof with asphalt shingles to match the main house. This addition provides a functional, insect-free outdoor living space that extends the home's usability into the backyard.
