We completed a screened-in porch conversion for this multi-story townhome in Woodstock. Our team utilized the existing elevated deck structure to create a functional, enclosed outdoor living space above the garage level. We integrated the new framing with the existing gray siding and brick facade to ensure a cohesive look. The project involved framing with dimensional lumber and installing high-visibility black screens to provide protection from insects while maintaining natural airflow. We used oriented strand board and professional-grade materials to secure the enclosure against the elements. This upgrade transformed an open balcony into a more versatile area for year-round enjoyment.
