Complete transformation of the rear exterior into a functional outdoor living space. This project included building a raised deck with structural framing, a covered roof, and a screened-in enclosure for year-round comfort. A custom fireplace was added as the focal point, along with new stairs, railings, and electrical features such as lighting and a ceiling fan. Finished to match the home, this space adds both value and everyday usability.
