We converted an existing second-story open deck into a fully enclosed screened porch for this multi-story residence in Woodstock. Our team installed a new screen system with dark trim to provide protection from insects while maintaining airflow and visibility. We also integrated the structure seamlessly into the existing siding and gutter system of the home. Inside the porch, we added a natural wood tongue-and-groove ceiling and installed a ceiling fan for improved climate control. The project included updating the vertical railings and ensuring the structural integrity of the balcony located above the garage. This renovation created a functional outdoor living space that offers year-round comfort and value.
