We constructed a new elevated screened-in porch and balcony for this multi-story townhome in Woodstock. Our team built the wooden deck structure directly above the ground-level garage to provide a seamless extension of the main living area. The project included framing the raised platform and ensuring the structure integrated perfectly with the building's exterior siding. We installed a complete screen system and dark vertical railings to create a secure, insect-free outdoor environment. The porch was finished with a functional ceiling fan to improve airflow during warmer months. This addition transformed an open space into a versatile, shaded retreat that adds both value and comfort to the residence.
