We completed an extensive garage renovation and exterior refresh for this Snellville residence. The process involved stripping the interior walls, installing new kraft-faced fiberglass insulation, and hanging fresh drywall to create a fully finished space. We also performed a significant exterior update by removing old siding and installing modern dark gray board and batten panels. To finish the space, we applied a gray speckled epoxy coating that provides a durable and easy-to-clean flooring surface. The exterior work was further enhanced by the installation of new white-framed windows with black shutters and moisture-resistant Tyvek HomeWrap. These upgrades turned an unfinished utility area into a clean, modern, and weather-protected extension of the home.
