We converted an existing screened-in porch into a fully enclosed room addition and built a custom wooden deck for this home in Marietta. The project involved framing a new structure on an elevated foundation and integrating it seamlessly with the existing residence. We installed new vinyl siding and double-hung windows to match the home's exterior profile. The interior was finished with durable wood-grain laminate flooring, neutral-toned walls, and a new ceiling fan for climate control. Outside, we constructed an expanded pressure-treated wooden deck with a matching railing system and a staircase leading to the backyard. This transition created a versatile indoor-outdoor living space that provides both year-round comfort and functional exterior access.
