We converted an existing screened-in porch into a fully enclosed sunroom and added a new outdoor living space in Doraville. Our team removed the old screen framing and installed new white-framed double-hung windows and a glass-paned exterior door. We also built a custom pressure-treated lumber deck with a vertical picket railing and integrated stairs leading to the backyard. Inside the sunroom, we installed board and batten wall paneling and a light blue tongue-and-groove plank ceiling. We added fiberglass insulation for improved climate control and finished the space with a gray painted floor and a matte black ceiling fan. The result transformed an underutilized porch into a durable, multi-season room that seamlessly connects to the new exterior deck.
