We restored this Roswell residence following significant structural damage caused by a fallen tree. Our team removed damaged brick and siding to access and reinforce the wooden framing and insulation before installing new weather-resistant barriers and synthetic roof underlayment. We also integrated new windows into the rebuilt gable end to ensure a completely sealed building envelope. Once the structural repairs were complete, we performed a full exterior aesthetic update. We replaced the original red brick and mixed siding with a cohesive white painted finish, installed grey carriage-style garage doors, and updated the shutters. These upgrades successfully transitioned the home from a storm-damaged property to a modernized colonial estate.
