Two-Level Custom Screened Porch and Composite Deck in Alpharetta

We constructed a custom two-level screened-in porch and deck addition for this Alpharetta home. The project involved structural framing using pressure-treated lumber and the installation of a comprehensive screening system to create a comfortable outdoor living space. We also integrated a functional staircase with secure railings to seamlessly connect the different levels of the backyard. For the flooring, we installed durable brown composite decking paired with white railings and black metal balusters. The interior features white beadboard ceilings with integrated ceiling fans and a dedicated wall mount for an outdoor television. Additionally, we added a custom lattice enclosure to create hidden storage space beneath the stairs for a clean exterior finish.
