We replaced an aging, weathered deck with a new multi-level outdoor living structure for this home in Acworth. Our team handled the full demolition and the construction of a new two-story wooden deck system attached to the existing gray siding. We secured the structure with reinforced support posts and integrated a wide staircase for easy access to the backyard. For the build, we used durable pressure-treated lumber for the framing, decking, and vertical baluster railings. The structure sits on solid concrete footings designed to provide stability on the sloped terrain of the property. This new deck provides a safe, expansive area for outdoor activities while naturally complementing the home's exterior.
