HVAC Restoration

performed HVAC restoration. Removed and cleaned all registers. Cleaned all return and supply ductwork on third floor. Pulled and cleaned blower motor, cleaned coil in place , and wet wiped all wiring and insulation inside air handler. Performed Aeroseal on 2.5 ton system on 3rd floor. Started with leakage of 192.8 CFM and after process was able to lower leakage to 28.5 CFM an 85% reduction in leakage. Installed air scrubber in 3rd floor unit. Vacuumed work area upon completion.
