We completed a comprehensive residential roofing replacement for this coastal home in Rye. Our team managed the entire process, beginning with extensive property protection using specialized tarps and debris trailers before stripping the old roof down to the deck. During the tear-off, we identified and repaired sections of water-damaged plywood to ensure a sound structural foundation for the new installation. We installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and high-performance Owens Corning Duration shingles to provide maximum protection against the elements. The project also included the installation of a new ridge vent system and custom chimney reflashing with lead step flashing and apron flashing. This full system upgrade enhances the home’s durability and ensures long-term weather resistance in a demanding coastal environment.
