We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this split-level home in Nashua. Our crew stripped the old roofing materials down to the plywood sheathing to ensure a solid foundation before beginning the new installation. We applied Grace Ice and Water Shield along with RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment to provide superior moisture protection across the entire deck. We installed new multi-toned architectural asphalt shingles and performed a complete chimney reflash with stepped metal counter-flashing. To finish the project, we added a new aluminum gutter system and ridge vents to improve water management and attic ventilation.
