We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this home in Deerfield, NH. The project involved stripping the existing roofing materials down to the plywood sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new system. Our team carefully managed the complex multi-gabled roofline, including the integration of several skylights and a central stone chimney. We installed Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles over a high-performance moisture barrier consisting of Grace Ice and Water Shield and RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment. To ensure long-term durability, we also performed a chimney reflash and installed new ridge vents for optimal attic ventilation. The finished roof provides superior protection against the elements while significantly updating the home's exterior aesthetic.
