This Nottingham home underwent a full roofing transformation, upgrading from an aging metal system to a high-performance Owens Corning asphalt shingle roof. While metal roofing can be durable, this system had begun to show its limitations—noise, expansion movement, fastener fatigue, and areas vulnerable to water intrusion. We completed a full tear-off of the existing metal panels, inspected and prepared the decking, and installed a complete Owens Corning roofing system designed for long-term performance in New England’s harsh climate.
