Project Overview – Tall Pine Roofing Scope: Complete Roof System Upgrade with Structural Improvements Tall Pine Roofing completed a comprehensive roof system installation that included detailed structural and insulation upgrades to bring the property up to current building codes. Work included: New Curbing Installed: Custom curb installation for proper rooftop transitions and support. Replaced Tongue & Groove Substrate: Removed and replaced the existing roof decking with new tongue and groove material, finished to serve as an exposed ceiling surface for a clean, attractive interior look. Installed New ISO Board: High-performance rigid insulation board was added on top of the decking to improve energy efficiency and meet code requirements. Installed 5/8” Plywood: A new plywood deck was fastened above the ISO board, providing a secure base for the roofing system. OC Roofing System Installed: A complete Owens Corning roofing system was installed, offering durable, long-term weather protection and enhanced curb appeal.
