Architectural Shingle Roof Replacement

Aged shingle roof replacement in Mechanicsburg Pa. A few separate leaks from existing pipe boots was noticed on Inspection. The Epdm rubber gasket ( shown in pictures ) had worn through, which is the first sign of needing a new roof. This accompanied with shingle granules in the gutters, led to this beautiful Gaf Hdz shingle!
