Epdm rubber roof using Versico .060

Epdm .060 low slope roofing system. Outside living space that previous homeowner DIY. Not bad except they should have removed the existing gutter. Several pieces of plywood were rotted as well as the sidewall. We opted for no fiberboard on the project due to the cold weather. Removed the unnecessary gutter, added a downspout on the opposite end, and sealed with white counter flashing. Beautiful finish for the homeowners, we appreciate the business very much!
