Why installers matter the most!

This roof is only 8 years old and already leaking. Homeowners were approached by a storm restoration company that successfully filed a claim to get the roof replaced. In doing so, the labor they selected didn't have the knowledge nor the care needed to install a roof with longevity. Fortunately, we assessed the damage on this portion of the house and were able to repair the section at a low cost. Unfortunately the other parts of the roof has sustained severe damage, making the lifespan of the "lifetime roof" about 20 years max. A roof that is 8 years old shouldn't have the scarring seen in the pictures and the nail placement tells the story of storm restoration companies hiring the cheapest labor possible.
