We completed a comprehensive roof replacement project for this property in Arkadelphia, transitioning multiple structures from metal to high-performance asphalt shingles. Our team removed the existing corrugated metal roofing on both the main wooden cabin and the adjacent red-sided barn structure. We then inspected and replaced sections of the roof decking with new OSB sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new system. For the new installation, we installed synthetic underlayment as a moisture barrier before applying Titan XT premium architectural shingles. The project involved detailed flashing work around the stone chimney, the installation of a new deck air intake vent system for improved ventilation, and a complete update to the drip edge. The finished result provides these rustic structures with superior weather protection and a cohesive, updated appearance.
