We completed a full roofing replacement for this multi-unit residential complex after identifying significant hail and wind damage. Our crew performed a comprehensive tear-off of the damaged asphalt shingles, allowing us to inspect the decking and prepare the surface for new materials. We addressed specific vulnerabilities like creased shingles and broken seals to ensure the new system would stand up to future storms. To provide superior moisture protection, we installed GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment across the steep-pitched roof structures. The project included the installation of durable architectural shingles, new metal flashing, and updated ridge vents to optimize attic ventilation.
