🌟 Blanca’s Backyard Patio & Drainage Upgrade Alejandro and the Texas Urban Elements Team recently completed a custom project for Blanca, blending function, design, and long-term protection into her outdoor space. 🏗️ Demolition & Prep – Cleared the old ground and existing features to create a stable foundation for the new layout. 🪨 Flagstone Patio Installation – Built a 190 sq. ft. flagstone patio with a compacted granite base and weed-blocking fabric. The stones were carefully set for a natural look, with polymeric sand filling the joints for stability. 💧 Catch Basins & Drainage – Installed three new catch basins tied into PVC piping to collect and redirect water away from the patio and flower beds, protecting the home from pooling and erosion. 🚜 Grading & Leveling – Regraded the surrounding areas to ensure proper slope and water flow toward the drainage system. 🗑️ Cleanup & Haul-Off – All debris and waste were removed, leaving the yard clean and ready to enjoy. ✨ The result is a functional and beautiful backyard patio—a perfect space to relax and entertain while knowing the home is safe from water issues. 📞 Ready to start your own project?
