Phase 1: Solving the Water Problem The priority was installing a system to manage water and protect the property efficiently: Targeted Drainage Installation: We designed and installed a comprehensive drainage system specifically along the problematic fence line and utility areas. This system prevents water accumulation, reduces soil erosion, and maintains a dry area. Leveling and Grading Prep: We performed essential leveling and grading in the drainage and front yard areas.
