💧 Erica Palmer – Drainage, Grading & Gutter Solutions Alejandro and the Texas Urban Elements Team recently completed an extensive water management project for Mr. & Mrs. Palmer, protecting their home from water intrusion in the bedroom and restroom while giving their yard a refreshed layout. ✅ Site Prep & Grading We began by removing all gravel and grass around the AC and pergola areas, followed by grading and leveling to create a proper slope that would carry stormwater away from the home’s foundation. ✅ Seamless Gutters & Drainage System A new seamless gutter system was installed around the property, tying directly into a PVC storm drainage line to redirect water safely away from the house.
