Phase 1: Fixing the Foundation and Water Issues The first step was addressing the hidden problems that were causing most of the trouble: Irrigation Repair & Modification: We tackled the root of the problem—literally! Tree roots had severely damaged existing irrigation pipes, resulting in wasted water and dead spots. We completely repaired, adjusted, and modified the entire irrigation system, moving lines away from the roots and installing pop-up emitters where needed. Downspout Drainage (Optional): We connected his downspouts to a hidden drainage pipe system with a pop-up emitter. This simple but effective drainage installation ensures roof water is directed away from the foundation and yard, keeping the area dry and preventing erosion. Demolition & Grading: Completed necessary demolition, and then leveled and graded the front yard area to ensure perfect conditions for the new lawn and flower beds. Phase 2: Design and Hardscaping Next, we focused on the features that instantly boost curb appeal: New Flower Bed Retaining Wall: We installed a beautiful, newly designed retaining wall to define and elevate the flower beds.
