Site Grading & Gas Line: We meticulously leveled and graded the area for the gas line installation, ensuring a stable and efficient foundation. Expert Wiring: Our electrician partner ran all the electrical lines and installed the plugs for the generator and her exciting new outdoor kitchen. 🔌 Demolition and Gravel Installation: Completed required demolition and installed gravel base for the AC/Pool equipment area. Phase 2: Dream Outdoor Living Spaces 🍹 Next, we brought her vision for an elegant and functional backyard to life: Custom Flagstone Patio Extension: We built a beautiful, permanent flagstone patio extension behind the garage. The detailed work included: Site prep, root removal, and excavation. Stabilized sand base and concrete foundation for added stability. Precise flagstone placement and seamless color-matched sand filling. Essential Drainage System: We installed an efficient storm drainage system to prevent water from standing around the garage and the new generator, protecting her investment and foundation. Outdoor Kitchen Base: Completed all site preparation and groundwork for her new 8-foot Outdoor Kitchen! (Optional Service) Pergola Installation: Included installation of a new pergola structure. Phase 3: Flawless Finishing and Sealing ✨ To ensure everything lasts for years to come, we finished with meticulous sealing and protection: Pool & Patio Sealing: We applied a high-quality sealer to the new and existing flagstone around the pool, ensuring a uniform look and superior protection. Joint and Gap Refurbishment: This critical labor involved: Carefully removing all old rubber installed by the pool builder. Grinding and cleaning all joints and gaps between the flagstone and concrete. Filling all cleaned gaps with high-quality caulk before applying the final sealer.
