Phase 1: Siding, Structure, and Style We executed a comprehensive exterior renovation, focusing on several key sections of the second floor (West, South, Front Peak, and North Front Extension): Demolition & Removal: We carefully removed the existing siding from the designated walls, ensuring minimal damage to the underlying structure. Structural Integrity Check: We inspected and made any necessary repairs to the underlying structure before installing new plywood sheathing to provide a solid, code-compliant base for the new siding.
