We started by clearing the slate—removing worn-out materials, grading the ground, and creating the proper slope so water could finally flow where it belonged. From there, we built a new PVC drainage system, connecting the home’s gutters to underground lines that safely carried water away from the foundation. To make it seamless, we replaced the entire gutter system with durable 5” seamless gutters, built to protect the home for years to come. But protection wasn’t enough—we wanted the yard to look and feel renewed. Old trees and stumps were removed, clearing space for new growth. Fresh sod was installed across the lawn, rolling out a lush, green carpet that instantly transformed the property's appearance. And near the barn, concrete and stonework tied everything together with structure and strength.
