Project Description: Our team at Texas Urban Elements gave Mr. Ken’s front yard a complete flower bed upgrade—adding structure, beauty, and long-term protection to his landscape. 🏗 Demolition & Prep – Removed old borders (stone bricks & Bend-A-Board) and hauled away material to prepare a clean base. 🧱 Retainer Wall Construction – Built a 205-linear-foot, two-course brick retainer wall with gravel base, mortar installation, and precision leveling for strength and curb appeal. 🚿 Sprinkler Repositioning – Adjusted sprinkler heads to fit the new bed design, ensuring proper plant coverage without overspray. 💧 Optional Drainage Add-On – Offered a downspout connection upgrade with Schedule 40 PVC, pop-up emitters, and exit points to protect the wall and prevent soil erosion. The result is a defined, functional, and visually balanced flower bed system that elevates Mr. Ken’s curb appeal while protecting his investment.
